Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Specialist to assist
with core business processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal staff, ensuring
total client satisfaction
Respond to an average of 40-60 client interactions daily through
various communication channels
Identify and implement improvements to existing processes for
increased efficiency and service quality
Required Qualifications
Strong alignment with the company's values
Technical aptitude with experience in Google Apps, MS Office, and
CRM applications
Creative, resourceful, and process-focused mindset
Knowledge of real estate or digital photography is a plus
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
