Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Associate Corporate Counsel to
provide legal support for procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate various procurement agreements
Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks related to procurement
and vendor relationships
Manage contract lifecycle processes and implement best practices
for legal operations
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement law and
contracts
Strong knowledge of contract law and intellectual property law
Experience in legal operations and contract management
processes
Membership in good standing with a state bar
