Do What's Right by acting safely, ethically, and sustainablyRole Purpose StatementThe Analytics Partner collaborates with teams from various HR functions to use data and analytics for informed decision-making and strategic objectives. This role supports HR Business Partners with data for all aspects of Human Capital Management, including talent acquisition, talent management, learning, retention, engagement, and workforce planning. The Analytics Partner transforms raw people data into actionable insights by applying analytical skills and understanding HR programs and plans.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand HR leaders' human capital needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management, and employee development strategies.Query data from multiple data sources, independently structuring analysis and synthesizing large volumes of complex information to deliver actionable insights for the client.Conduct in-depth analysis of talent data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to address human capital needs. Use advanced analytics techniques and tools to derive actionable insights and generate useful business reports.Translate client requests to make impactful recommendations that meet client needs, tell a story that eloquently translates data, breaks down complex information and clearly articulate value.Create eye-catching, high-quality visualizations that present findings in a clear and concise manner.Offer external standard methodologies and benchmarks to support HR Business Partners in developing their program and policies.Knowledge and Technical CompetenciesBachelor s degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or Human Resource.5+ years of experience in People Analytics, or any Analytics function.Solid knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization techniques.Expert knowledge in all Microsoft Applications.Familiarity with standard methodologies and tools for analytics and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).Knowledge of statistical tools (e.g., python, SPSS, R).Familiarity with employee listening solutions (e.g., Medallia, Qualtrics, Percyptx).Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical findings into actionable insights for non-technical collaborators.Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors).Proven problem-solving, analysis, and organizational skills with the ability to be successful in a fast-paced environment.Solid attention to detail needed, along with the ability to handle confidential information.The compensation range for this position is $95,360 - $107,280.
