• State License Verification - Required within 30 days of start
• NURSYS Verification - Required within 30 days of start
• NIH Stroke Certification - Required for certain units
• CPI - Required for Psych RNs
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam - Required as applicable
• Color Blind Testing Online - Required for all travelers
• Competency Exam - Required as applicable
• Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam - Required for certain units

  • Shift: 830am- 5pm Monday-Friday and every 4th weekend
  • Is on-call REQ? Yes - rotating. Approximately 7 shifts per quarter
  • Years of experience REQ: 1-year previous Adult Skilled Home Health Experience

  • Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? TBD

    • Recertification experience required
    • Resumption of care experience required
    • Routine Visit experience required
    • Start of Care experience required
    • Wound Care experience required
    • Medication administration/management experience required
    • Infection Control Precautions experience required
