  Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a--Travel RN - Home Health Mobile Shift: Days / 8:30a-5p, 8x5, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri,--every 4th weekend Length: 13 weeksCall--rotating. Approximately 7 shifts per quarter, 3 of which are on the weekends they work, but based on unit's needs. Requirements:
  • MO License
  • 1 year previous Adult Skilled Home Health Experience
  • Phlebotomy/IV Management experience required
  • Computerized documentation experience required - OASIS preferred
  • Admission Assessment experience required
  • Case Management preferred experience required
  • Discharge/discharge due to safety or Noncompliance experience required
  • Recertification experience required
  • Resumption of care experience required
  • Routine Visit experience required
  • Start of Care experience required
  • Wound Care experience required
  • Medication administration/management experience required
  • Infection Control Precautions experience required
