Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Operations Project Manager
to support their Client Success team in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Provide insight into accountability measures regarding global
process adherence and team objectives
Coordinate client deliverables across multiple internal teams to
ensure timely delivery of customer project dependencies
Support the development, execution, and improvement of
cross-functional processes related to tooling and client
delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's (BA or BS) or equivalent experience
Previous experience in project implementation or related exposure
in a logistics environment
Experience in Customer Success within a technology company
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data in a
business context
Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, Jira, Zendesk, or similar
software is a plus
